Powder Coating

 E/coat line One.

          A 12 stage line with the benefits of alkaline degreaser and tri-cat phosphate. Making it well suited to mild steel and stainless steel. The work envelope is 1.8mtrs x 1.4mtrs x 0.8mtrs and is well supported by H3P for the chemistry in the pre paint cleaning and phosphating with Axalta coating systems for the paint.

E/coat line Two.

         A 11 Stage line very similar to line one with two main difference's. Instead of alkaline de-greaser it has a acid cleaning bath making it suited to aluminium as well as mild steel, stainless and most non ferrous metals. The work envelope is much lager at 8mtrs x 2mtrs x 2.8mtrs and loads of up to 2.5 ton.

Powder line.

         We have a enclosed powder area with 2 booths and a gas fired curing oven. The work envelope is 11mtrs x 3mtrs x 2.2mtrs. The manually operated powder guns make colour changes fast and simple allowing us to offer any colour, gloss level and finish our customers may require.

Shot blasting.

           We have a Weelabrater Shot cabinet capable of blasting to SAE 2.5. The work envelope is 1.8mtrs x 0.8mtrs x 0.8mtrs.
